Who is the audience?
Due to limited space and a high volume of interest in exhibitors' spaces, we are requesting those interested in being an exhibitor to fill out an exhibitor application.
Exhibitor applications will close on Dec. 15, 2024.

The Montana Department Governor’s Conference on Tourism is an annual conference bringing over 350 tourism and business professionals together to educate, network and inspire one another. As an exhibitor you can share your services and/or products with hundreds of conference attendees.
Dates: April 27-29, 2025
Location: Delta Hotels Helena Colonial
Application: Due to limited space and a high volume of interest, we request that those interested in being an exhibitor fill out an exhibitor application. All applications must be submitted no later than Dec. 15, 2024. There is no application fee.
Booth Fees: 2025 exhibitor booth fees are $750.
Booth Payment: If selected, exhibitors will be invoiced for their booth. Payment can be made online through our registration system. Exhibitors can also pay for their booth with a check. Payments must be received by March 1, 2025.
Refunds: Refunds will not be issued after March 1, 2025. As noted in the Exhibitor Rules and Regulation agreement, space may not be re-sold, sublet or shared without prior written permission of the Montana Department of Commerce.
Set-Up Time: Exhibitors can start assembling their space on Sunday, April 27 from 3-8 p.m.
Breakdown Time: Exhibitors can start dismantling at 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday, April 28.
