The Montana Board of Housing requires that developers first submit a Pre-Qualification Form in order to proceed to the Letter of Intent (LOI) and/or a full application.  Please look below for further instructions.

Updated submission process as of February 4, 2025

• For Tax Credit LOI and Full Applications an Intake Form must be completed for 9% and 4% deals.  This can be found at our new platform Builders Patch. Please use link below and either log in if you already have an account or create one.
