All Booths Include:
  • Free and secure Wi-Fi. 
  • One complimentary registration – additional booth participants can be purchased at a discounted cost.
  • Post-show attendee 
  • Highlighted in the pre-conference printed and digital materials.

 Booth Specs:

  • Booths are 8 feet wide and 4 feet deep with pipe and drape, with an 8-foot-high and 3-foot-wide side divider. 
  • Each booth includes a 6-foot, skirted table and one 110V/500W outlet.

Booth Fees:  2025 exhibitor booth fees are $750.

Booth Payment: Payment can be made through our online registration system here.

Refunds: Refunds will not be issued after March 1, 2025. As noted in the Exhibitor Rules and Regulation agreement, spaces may not be re-sold, sublet, or shared without prior written permission of the Montana Department of Commerce.

Each booth includes one complimentary registration. Additional booth participants can be purchased at a discounted cost. 

Set-Up Time: Exhibitors can start assembling their space on Sunday, April 27 from 3-8 p.m.

Breakdown Time: Exhibitors can start dismantling at 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday, April 28.

OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS  

  • Space contracted by the Exhibitor may not be re-sold, sublet, or shared without prior written permission of the Montana Department of Commerce’s.
  • The Exhibitor may not injure, mar, or in any way deface any portion of the Tradeshow premises (Delta Hotels Helena Colonial). If the Exhibitor causes any damage the Exhibitor will be solely responsible for any and all costs incurred to restore the premises.
  • Exhibitor agrees to comply with all applicable fire, safety, and health regulations in effect during the Tradeshow.
  • The Exhibitor agrees to have their exhibit space assembled no later than 5:00 pm on Sunday, April 27, 2025. The Exhibitor further agrees not to start dismantling their exhibit before 2:15 pm on Tuesday, April 29, 2025.
  • The Exhibitor agrees that the Department of Commerce and its employees are not responsible for any negligent and/or intentional acts committed by any third parties and, therefore, assume no liability for any resulting damages or loss of any property utilized during the Tradeshow. The Exhibitor agrees it is their sole responsibility to cover their exhibit(s) during non-show hours or when the exhibit is unattended.
  • The Department of Commerce reserves the right to unilaterally cancel this agreement and withhold possession of exhibit space at its sole discretion if the Exhibitor fails to perform any material condition of this agreement or refuses to abide by these official rules & regulations. If that occurs, the Exhibitor agrees they shall forfeit both the exhibit booth payment and occupancy of such space.
  • The Exhibitor agrees to confine their exhibit and staff personnel within the 8x8 booth.
  • Exhibitor agrees to allow the Department of Commerce to use their business name, product images, and information for marketing purposes.
  • Exhibitor agrees that photo/video images taken by Department of Commerce staff or their agents, as well as images submitted as required as part of this application, may be used in marketing the Exhibitor’s business for the conference.
  • Tear down begins promptly at 2:15 pm on Tuesday, April 29, 2025. The Exhibitor agrees they will dispose of all their trash in exterior dumpsters.
  • The Exhibitor agrees that the Department of Commerce will not issue any refunds after March 1, 2025, unless the conference is canceled.
  • The Exhibitor agrees that the Department of Commerce has sole discretion any additional rules or regulations deemed necessary before, during, or after the show that will result in the betterment of the show. The Department of Commerce reserves the right to assign or re-assign booth space as needed.
